Please use our website or social media contact forms for general enquiries. We endeavour to response within 24 hours. Bookings can be made anytime via our online booking.

Appointment confirmation

Our booking system will automatically text you a reminder the day before your appointment to your nominated mobile number 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please reply YES if you wish to keep your appointment. If you need to reschedule please contact us.

Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule your appointment. No-shows really disadvantage our small business and also clients that may have been waiting for an appointment that could have taken that booking.

We understand that circumstances arise that do not allow you to keep your appointment, we simply ask you to be courteous and let us know.

If we don’t receive 24 hours notice within business hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment, your deposit (if required for the booking) is forfeited and you will need to pay another deposit to re-book.

There is lots of parking in the Bellvista Marketplace where we are located.

COVID-19 INFORMATION

If you are unwell or have flu-like symptoms we are unable to see you. We are more than happy to reschedule your appointment. Please do not make or attend an appointment if you are unwell. Hand sanitiser is available for use in our studio. Appointment times have been lengthened to maintain strict cleanliness including disinfecting treatment bed and surfaces between each client.

​​GIFT VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Gift vouchers can be used for all services. Gift vouchers are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Please take care as lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be refunded or replaced. All Gift Vouchers have a 12-month expiry period from date of purchase unless otherwise advised and must be redeemed by this expiry date. Expired Gift Vouchers hold no value.
